CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We value our guest and stylists' time. To ensure the sustainability of our small business. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Rescheduling within 48 hours is allowed once, and same-day cancellations will incur a $40 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
LATE POLICY

NO CALL/NO SHOW
Please arrive at the time of your appointment.
We offer a ten-minute grace period with communication. However, after ten minutes, your appointment may be cancelled depending on our availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We kindly remind you that a no call show will result in your booking fee forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all of our guest.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive with natural hair detangled and ready to braid, if a shampoo was not added at the time of booking.
Please arrive with detangled hair if a shampoo was added on.
Natural hair must be 4 inches all around to book.
We also kindly request that you come alone to your appointment.
